the management is inexperienced and immature the garbages are constantly over flowing. the crew are goofing off constantly. and the are constantly making fun of and gossiping loudly about other crew members. the food is not up to standards in the least !

Not very good I'm sure glad I had a coupon because I wouldn't go there any other way the big one burrito was just ehh too much rice and refried beans and hardly any meat and the meat tasted like it had texturized vegetable protein in it and believe me I know what that tastes like I grew up on it. Besides that the burrito was cold I mean who wants to pay for a cold burrito.

I would literally give this taco time a negative 0 if I could. I’ve been there a couple Times now, the first time our food was completely cold after waiting for 20 minutes… we called and told them, but I they were too busy closing to worry about out customer complaint. This last time we went a couple days ago, I ordered online, thinking it would be faster to get out food. We ended up not getting half our food, and when I called back to inquire about the missing food, she told me I’d have to wait till the end of the night because they had a “missing food” list, and they’d have to wait till then to see what was on it. I asked for my money back, and she said she didn’t know how to do that… that I would have to go through the website. i had asked her how to to about that, and she literally had no clue as how to direct me to do that. (Granted this was a "MANAGER" i was speaking to. They need to educate their managers on their website and how to properly customer service people. i love taco time, but i absolutely hate the one in payson. everything about it was terrible. on top of that i tipped them thinking they would do a good job, and they completely failed. make sure you dont tip them because apparently, thqt makes no differenc either!

We were surprised at just how much meat they put it their tacos here! Generous portions - so much better than the other taco chain. The chicken was very flavorful on my tacos. Definitely a great quick bite stop. Clean restaurant with efficient service.
