I am appalled at the way I was treated by the Manager Mary at this location. I went through the drive thru, ordered a #10, was given a #2. Went inside to get it corrected. Mary proceeded to tell me it was my error and not the lady taking the order and they do not take customers for their word anymore and basically called me a liar. Now typically this would not bother me, the fact that she sided with the employee and said we no longer take the customer side is what bothers me the most. Clearly, I know what I wanted to eat, Mary and her team had other plans!!! Be careful, cause customers do not matter at this location, per Mary!!!!

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I order 2 16oz slushies, a spicy chicken sandwich, and value fries not more than 20 minutes ago. When my order came the drinks were wrong. I looked at the cup bottom at it clearly said 12oz. I went right back to the counter and asked them about it. A woman claiming to be the manager said "those are the dollar ones". I showed her the 12oz on the bottom of the cup and pointed to the menu board where it said 16oz and pointed to my receipt where it said 16oz then asked again why they were giving 12oz cups. She claimed she didn't know what the numbers on the cups meant and that the company sent the cups and only sent 2 sizes the big one and the little one and the 16oz obviously couldn't be the big one but that she don't know what the number on the cup mean. I asked her how much the 12oz were and she again insisted they were the dollar cups. I again point to the menu and the receipt where it clearly said 16oz and told her it was a 4oz difference. She went into a tirade about how it wasn't her fault and the company sent the cups and she just used what they sent. I told her I wanted my money refunded for the drinks and asked how long they were cheating people out of money and product. She went and picked up $2.20 in cash and put it on the counter while still saying it wasn't her fault. I told her I paid with card and to take the cash back and refund my whole order. She asked for my receipt, went to the register and ONLY tried to refund the sandwich. I told her she needed to pick up the cash, and refund my entire order. She THEN acted like I hadn't told her I paid with card and like she didn't have my receipt in her hand and told me I was asking for cash after I paid with card and could only get the refund to my card. I told her I'd already said that and that she was too busy making excuses instead of listening to ANYTHING being said to her. She decided to stop processing my refund and call security on me instead because I "was being mean to her" . She started talking in Spanish to someone she claimed to be security. Her worker finally got fed up with her behavior and gave me $9.00 in cash out of the register. She has likely been cheating customes since the very beginning and has no intentions of stopping. If your store manager doesn't know sizes or correct prices of items on the menu, they have absolutely no business being manager. She was rude, disrespectful, and both bad liar and bad manager. The two customers before me were an elderly man and a homeless man; the customer after me was a homeless woman. Anyone comfortable taking advantage of vulnerable populations just because they haven't gotten caught or called out for it should never be allowed to work with the public again.
