I have used the Away-We-Go App several times to-from the ARTIC station and Disneyland. Very friendly drivers and customer service. If there is ever any question about busy times or needing to catch a train on time, texting the staff from the app is responsive and helpful.

Our first day we sat over hour before getting picked up. Kids cannot sit for a Disney day. The new reservation system stinks bad. 2nd day we used Lyft.

The bus stops running regularly at 1030 from our hotel. We can put in a request for a pick up and we did. It was going to be a 20 min wait. Ok cool that's fine. But 45 mins later and nothing. I mean come on. Ridiculous!!!

Not the best that's for sure. For trips to/from Disneyland I would just stick with uber or make sure your hotel has its own shuttle service. The busses are nice so I give them 3 stars. But you need the app and most times it won't confirm a pickup reservation.Maybe there is a learning curve needed, but for people just visiting and using the app for the first time its a bad setup.I bought passes for 5 people for 3 days thinking i could use the service. I ended up just calling an uber most of the time. The poor drivers have to try to make the best of things and just try to adjust on the fly.

This bus service is completely unreliable. They have a text system to determine when the next bus will arrive. But the "next" bus will just dissapear. It will say 2 minutes, no bus will arrive, then say the next bus is 22 minutes. This bus "service" makes the $12 per hour parking at Downtown Disney a BARGAIN. Just drive yourself and pay for parking. This will save a lot of frustration!
