This dealership is easy to find and easy to navigate through. Customer parking is convenient along with locating the service desk for the car buying experience. Even before my visit, David found a really good time for my girlfriend and I to test drive the Venue we were looking at and made the appointment for us, which I truly believe is great customer service! I didn’t even have to ask to test drive the car because I was already alluding to wanting to test drive. Upon arrival, David introduced himself and notified us he was with a customer. Instead of making us wait, he called for his manager, Mike, and Mike stepped in to show us the vehicle while David finished assisting his current customers. The car buying experience was like nothing I’ve experienced before. They are very transparent about what they do and what they are presenting. If they were not sure about something, they didn’t fake it or try to make excuses. They were honest and said, “I’m not sure. Let me find out” and made an effort to find answers. David answered many of our questions and was extremely polite. Once David’s shift ended, he introduced us to Mac, and we were able the connect with him. He talked about his history in the business and it was super cool to hear his perspective. He showed my girlfriend and I some cool features we didn’t know the car had. Mac stayed until we completed financing the car with RC and asked us if we’d like to continue learning more about the features. As it was already two hours past closing, we appreciated his efforts but there was no way we were going to hold him for a longer period of time. He went above and beyond to ensure we walked/drove out of that lot with confidence! He even showed us where the car service desks were and who each desk belonged to when we returned to service our car. As for the financing piece, RC was awesome! He oozes high, positive energy, much like the rest of the staff, and walked us through the paperwork. He explained everything, and, much like David, Mike, and Mac, he naturally connected with us. He told us about his history in the business and you can tell how much he loves what he does. My girlfriend and I are extremely happy with the team at Harbor Hyundai. The fact that staff have such a long tenure and why Mac loves working there even though he hasn’t been there as long as others makes this place the dealership to buy from! Thank you to all of you! You were all truly amazing and we appreciate the genuine connections we made with each of you.

The single best interaction I have ever had with a dealership! I had been searching for weeks, frustrated by the insane markups and lack of help by the many dealerships I had interacted with. When I finally called Harbor Hyundai and reached Jack, everything about this dealership was different. Jack quickly found a Tuscon just like I had been looking for and then called me back with lease numbers. The amount they offered was incredibly fair and much lower than others had offered me for the same car. I was able to get down there same day and have a seamless transaction. I worked with Chris in finance to sign my paperwork, and he was a joy to be around as well. As a woman, dealerships are often intimidating and stressful. I have no doubt that I got an amazing car at an incredible rate, and everyone at Harbor Hyundai made me feel so respected and confident in my purchase. Great dealership, great cars and most importantly great people. If you’re in the market for a new car, I highly recommend asking for Ken or Jack. They were very helpful and knowledgable, also went above and beyond to really listen to your needs and help you in your selection. Due to their superb service, and trying so hard to make you happy and match your expectations it made my visit all the worthwhile and pleasant. I ended up buying a new car at a great value.

After looking for a Hyundai or Kia for weeks, I came across Harbor Hyundai. They actually had the vehicle I wanted and at the right price. Everyone there was great to work with, not pushy at all. I went there first just to see if I liked the Tan interior, and Paul offered me to drive the car. Of course I fell in love with it. Then I contacted Jose about making the deal and I decided to lease from Harbor. The day I went in Jose was not available, so Mike helped me with the rest of the deal. He did an exceptional job at listening to what I needed, and helped me get the right price for my trade in. And get me to the payment I was looking for. Once negotiations were complete I went to finance and I believe it was Dave that helped me there. They explained everything in detail, not trying to push anything on me. But informed me about optional coverages. When the deal was complete, Mike helped me transfer my plates and stuff out of my old car. Then went over details on the new car. I highly recommend Harbor Hyundai for your next purchase or lease.

All of the salesperson, finance, and service team members provode excellent customer service. Purchased 4 Elantras in the last 10 years. Next is the Sante Fe ,and the Genesis. One of the dealerships in Long Beach that are not condescending to women buyers
