I guess this is a piercing related review?, but I didn't get a piercing done here. The folk here seem to actually care, which is what you want if you are looking for a piercing. The lady behind the counter was so lovely and took time to give me her opinion on what she thought would look nice on my ear set-up and Mark is an absolute star. Yeah, I'm unbiased, go here.

My 9 year old wants to give Mark the best review for piercing her ears so gently and with such compassion. He was incredible, patient, talked her through every step and was so good at making her feel 100% comfortable and in control before he pierced. Her fear was greater than the pain and she is so happy with her new studs 😁 Thank you thank you thank you, Mark!!!

I ask the guy at the counter for a specific pack of 3 Coils, he gives me a similar product (which does not work for my mod) but not the one I asked for. I have to come back to the store to get the proper pack of coils I asked for in the first place and refuses to give me a complete set because I opened the package of the other one. Way to provide good service and be cheap. I won't ever be buying stuff in your store ever again. I hope skimming me on $5 was worth it Genius...

Hello Jacqueline! It is a set price for the piercing but the jewelry you can pick out varies in cost. I would also recommend making an appointment occasionally we are able to accept walk ins but it could mean waiting for quite some time

Fatty zone hasn't been able to do under mask piercings seince march of last year
All customers and employees wear masks 100%of the time, the register is sanitized after every transaction. All piercings under a mask are prohibited. 6 feet socal distancing is in place with floor markings and door signs we also limit the number of people in each room at a time. Restrooms are closed and sanitized twice daily. Disposable Gloves are also provided for staff and customers. staffing is limited and break areas and common areas are closed. And hand sanitizer is also provided.
Service is good, kratom ridiculously over priced and quality is NOT consistent.
