Stunning. If you're a senior you can buy a limited use Golden Bear pass for $20. It can be used from January 1 to May 29, then labor day through December 31. We walk the beach enjoy tide pools, birds, dolphins. On the other side of PCH we hike the hills and enjoy Moro Canyon and the views. The cost is $15 for the day if you don't have a pass or are enjoying summer along the coast.

High-class beach with well-maintained shops and facilities. It's a bit difficult to walk to and from the main parking lot, but they run a shuttle bus to and from that runs non-stop and costs $1.50 per person. No dogs allowed and the beach and Beachcomber restaurant closes at 10:00pm.

You can be dropped off while they park or park and take the path under Pacific Coast Hywy to the beach or take the Beachcomber bus for 1.50$ enjoy
Yes, check the tide schedule because there are great tide pools when it's low. Parking is on the North side of PCH and you can either walk down or take the shuttle for less than $2.
I did not check on the price on those I went down there to have dinner on the beach what a beautiful sight do not miss out
They book out 6 months in advance, we got in on a cancellation two days before we went. Just called often and asked for cancellations.
They have a restaurant on site that opens for breakfast or u can bring ur own stuff and either prepare it in ur room in a microwave or go to the restaurant. There is free coffee at the office with pitchers to fill and take to ur room.

I do every time i have stayed and smoked joints discretely and had no problems.If your not smoking out in the open then nobody cares. That is cannabis.
