Customer service not the best fist time went for some parts in i got it he was bussy and not help or want to sell. Second time was the only in the store and i was trying to purchase a crawler asking what was my best option and he wasn't helping at all so looks like they dont want to sell

These guy's have been very helpful and had all the parts I needed each time I've been there. Also if your looking for rc crawlers this place has more in stock than any other hobby shop I've been to. Great prices too!

Id rather go here then anywhere else. I was looking for a part no one else had. It wasnt in stock here either but the guy (i didnt catch his name) offered to order it. I normally dont like to wait but went ahead and come to find out , it will be in, in three days and im getting it for the price listed on line. Good deal ,lots of parts and upgrades,knowledgeable staff, good experience over all

Absolutely. He is very good and only charges $30/hour for repairs. Depending on what it is, he may be able to give you some quick tips.

Depends on what you get. Generally traxxas stuff is priced the same at each hobby store. Just look them up online or call the store for a price.
If they do offer classes I would recommend going elsewhere. Owner is so rude and has very little patients, not someone you wanna learn from. Edit- people are saying he had a bad day, iv been in there countless times, I own all sorts of RC's but I'm no expert on any of them and honestly have no interest in putting them together or how they work I just like playing with them. This owner expects everyone to know every aspect of what there bringing in. I'm coming there and paying good money for someone to just fix my broken parts but he doesnt even help me unless I know exactly what the part is I need even though I brought the RC into the shop and its sitting right in front of him. ONCE a young guy was working and I brought my car in expecting to replace something serious and he examined the car and found the problem and fixed it in about 10 minutes without replacing anything and charged me nothing and was very nice. I 100% avoid this shop now though because of owner.
