My wife was sent by a dentist for a simple antibiotic shot. The entrance to the ER is very oddly marked. It looks to be sending you to another door. (I should have taken a pic). Nobody we dealt with seemed to know what they were doing. Like it was their first day. The lady that did her admission failed to note in the system she was allergic to penicillin…. The nurse was thorough enough to ask at least…. she did a competent job, but her hands shook the whole time (just what you want when you’re getting a shot!) They achieved the task, but the whole operation seemed pretty…. Confused. I’d make a strong effort to go somewhere else in the future.

Made an unscheduled stop here late at night because my son fell and cut his knee open. Everyone from intake to the nurses to the doctor to the radiology staff was professional, helpful, and kind. We were very thankful for their assistance in dealing with our little crisis.

Had a covid test which I needed to have another procedure done. Outpatient lab nurse was horrible. She was excessively rough with the swab. It is not necessary to keep going until your patient screams. I was bleeding after which shouldn't be happening and my nose hurt for hrs. Ive been tested before and this woman was just crazy. Its a covid test not a lobotomy lady! Another thing, if this hospital has state of the art technology, why does people have to go to Winchester or Morgantown for any kind of specialist?

Great emergency treatment facility with specialty care and long term care in hospital. Adjoining Medical Office Building (MOB) provides ample space for medical and doctors offices.
