I've literally came to the New Richmond McDonald's twice and both times the lady at the window was extremely rude because I asked her to refill my half full large fry that was apparently dumped in the bag. And both times, took almost an hour for very little food. I wouldn't recommend coming to this place you might catch something.

Avoid this place! Went through the drive thru this morning and wow!! The little girl waiting on us couldn’t hear us, even when we got to the window. And she was rolling her eyes and arguing with us because she rang our order up wrong, so we told her to get a hearing aid and learn some manors. Every review on here explains our experience. You’d think the management would teach their employees some people skills, bad business all the way around. Horrible place and has Been for years

Very disappointed all around tonight. I get businesses may be short-staffed so I'll forgive us having to wait at the drive-thru even though no other cars were there. We had four meals: quarter pounder w/bacon, crispy chicken sandwich, 10 piece and a happy meal. The quarter pounder was missing the bacon, the chicken sandwich had no mayo or sauce and was overcooked, the 10 piece was missing the ordered sauce and drink wasn't how it had been requested, and all the fries weren't hot. I'm just absolutely floored with the horrible results. Never so disappointed in a McDonald's.

Service sucks, the employees are rude and unknowledgeable about the menu, every time I buy food here dine in, carry out, or drive thru my order has been wrong or I'm given the wrong order.
