Two stars because I did have a good experience 2 weeks ago with a broken screen, but this time, I can't say the same. I took in a phone that worked perfectly, just had a cracked screen. They returned a phone with a new screen that no longer functioned as a phone. It wouldn't connect to the internet or make/receive calls or texts. They said it was a carrier(Verizon) issue, so I went to Verizon and they gave me a new sim card, but the phone still wouldn't activate. Took it back to this location and after about 30 seconds in the back, the kid said they didn't do anything wrong and I needed to file a new claim for a replacement device. This phone got texts after I dropped it off. It worked in the parking lot before I dropped it off. It didn't work when I picked it up, but they didn't do anything wrong? They took absolutely no responsibility for it and I'm left without any form of communication until I get my replacement device. Poor customer service and zero management in the store to help.

The service was as excellent as it has always been. I’ve had them repair other devices when I supported an agency in town and they have always provided great service. This time I had the iPad back in two days with a new battery. Works just as expected.

Drove 45 minutes just for this location! Carlos was incredible very friendly saved me 200+ since I am insured with Assurian through VZW. Was completed same day on a weekend ! I wouldve waited 2 weeks to get into my local spot! I will be back thanks again guys !

Joel in Kenwood helped me where several in mobile store representatives could not help me effect a factory reset. Joel was knowledgeable . He quickly solves my issue. Good to know where to go when these mobile stores cannot help.
