Don't forget your mask. There wasn't a whole lot of wait time. I would rather do things online than go there. But I was dropping some paperwork off for somebody else. Online is the way to go. The online portion needs to be streamlined a little bit more but. I've never had a problem with it. Except for setting up my password oh my Jesus

Attempted to get drivers license suspension lifted, had to take the same piece of paper in 3 times. Started at 9am and just got done with them minutes ago. Around 2:20pm. They insisted that I had the wrong paper and my insurance company had go over their heads in order for them to finally even try and they had no issues. Thanks for wasting an entire day Springfield DMV
