Soma gets five stars because their bras and their staff are amazing. The staff are patient and friendly and are always able to find what I'm looking for. I went in just for a fitting a few years ago and walked out with properly sized bras that were the most comfortable I'd ever worn. I don't buy bras anywhere else now. I love this store!

I had such an AMAZING experience at Soma. I recently had a breast reduction surgery and this was my first time being sized . The employees were so patient and kind. They made this experience very special . I visited the store on 5/15/21 between the hours of 2-4pm. Thank you so much ladies .

Thank you Randy at Soma for the best bra shopping experience ever. Went in to be resized and exchange some things I previously purchased and Randy helped without skipping a beat! WOW fantastic customer service and so appreciated. I have been singing her praises to anyone who will listen. In Fact everyone who was working that day was awesome! So friendly and made my experience effortless.

Visited for the 1st time a couple months ago, store was closing in less than 30mins. Store mgr greeted my daughter & I at the door and politely explained they were closing earlier(due to covid) and they had to be closed by 7p, and was interested in helping us find what we needed but they had to close at 7p due to hour restrictions (due to covid). Not only was the manager training a new hire, but she was VERY attentive to our needs, in fitting both of us, and bringing several suggestions and sizes into the fitting room. It's been a LONG time since I've seen Customer Service this Excellent. The manager gained a new customer with her expertise and great service. Will definitely be shopping here again.
