Palm Beach tan put my health and safety at risk because they neglected to educate their employees on the equipment and I can't even get a real live person to talk to or an apology from an employee. Palm Beach bought out my tanning salon and I was not notified in any manner till I showed up and there was a sign on the door. I go to Palm Beach and tell them i need a bed with high UVB because I have psoriasis and UVA only will aggravate my condition. An hour later every place I get psoriasis hurts. I immediately drive to the closest location to me and they refuse to refund me even though they acknowledge I was charged on the first by them (my membership from my old salon was transferred) and they also informed me that I was put in a UVA only bed even though I explicitly said I could not use those beds. I tried to contact the customer service number they gave me but it's just a mailbox, their online refund request says 5 days.

Very clean, Kelsey helped me, there was an issue with my upgrade but she said she'd take care of it with her managers help. Then the bed didn't work she tried everything but eventually she swapped me to a stand up. I like going to this location a lot the beds are really nice and the staff are always friendly

Everyone that works there has been great. I went on vacation and went to PBT in Connecticut too and they were also great! They have helped me with product to make my tan look great as well! So glad I decided to go there even in the summer!

I have been to this location numerous times. I have never once received even a bad or negative vibe from the staff and the manager always greets you with a smile before you have completely entered the front doors. I love the face that she remembers small things about her customers and makes them feel valued and special. Reading through the comments and the issues the majority of people have are things the staff have no control over. Pricing is not something the staff dictates and complaints over music channels. That makes zero sense. Focus on the fact that they go above and beyond every single visit and myself my husband and my daughter have never even seen one of the workers appear to even be remotely rude. Kudos to your manager and her staff.
