The drive thru was very slow we were 5 cars back and it took 20 minutes just to get to the window to pay another couple minutes to get your food. So if you get 30 minutes for lunch you run out of time just trying to order and get your food. This place used to be much faster.

The slowest service of any restaurant I have ever been to Food cold. Cheese not melted. Need to get a manager in there to make it a welcomed place to eat and bring your family

Worst big Mac I have ever had I'm so confused on how this happens if restocking your area is to hard the customer suffers you shouldn't work there food should be made right at least it's just awful

If you are out of ingredients and cannot put a sandwich together with the proper proportions... just dont sell me the sandwich! I could have purchased nuggets or something or even gone somewhere else. I could have slapped a plain burger between buns, at home.
