They had just switched to lunch ! 😁 So our onion rings and bacon cheeseburgers were so fresh and delicious ! Great ending to our busy morning of doctor appointments from his Liver Transplant. Went 7/29/2022: Ordered Cheeseburger/Bacon Cheeseburger/Leg Onion Ring. WAS PERFECT even tho I only saw like 4 ppl busting their behinds WORKING! You guys are AWESOME!

Had an issue with an incorrect order this morning around 11 and the manager on duty was very kind, helpful, and resolved the issue very quickly. She was a delight to talk to. Everything else was great!

So I am a door dasher part time and I picked up an order for this location it is currently 1215am Feb 28th, and I am told they are not going to make the order. I lost out on this, thanks Burger King.

I wish that I could give a lower rating, to be honest. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich as always and they didn't clarify which I wanted. I wanted the junior. They never clarify which sandwich as they should to avoid confusion. I've always received the junior and never a deluxe, because who assumes you want the most expensive one? After realizing that I didn't clarify, I returned to inform them that I had made a mistake and that I'd like to exchange my food for what I actually wanted. The employee ended up going off on a two minute long rant about their menu and how it was my fault for not ordering correctly and continually yelled over me while calling me rude. When I said I understood the two different items and that I just wanted the issue resolved, she screamed "can you let me speak?!" I sat in silence for another minute as did she so I finally just said that I wanted my money back. 🤷‍♀️ I'm sorry that employee is having a bad day, or whatever, but her job is literally CUSTOMER SERVICE. If she can't talk to people and work towards fixing issues she should not be allowed to speak to customers. They gave me my money back and told me to keep the sandwich, but it was overcooked with a burnt bun and more Mayo than any sandwich needs, ever.
