Ordered two $5 chalupa boxes with a Mt dew and Dr pepper, and two regular freezes. The chalupas had chicken on them for some reason instead of beef, the drinks were 2 Baja blasts, they tasted like straight carbonation and had no syrup, and she had the total originally rang up as $25 somehow. Just a disappointing experience all around.

I pulled up, asked to make 2 orders and the lady said I couldn’t make 2 orders. There was only 1 car ahead of me and no one behind me. Why couldn’t I do 2 separate orders? We both ordered 2 taco supremes and when we got back and started to eat our food. Well they were just regular tacos. They weren’t supremes. How hard is it to mess up that easy of an order? I will not be coming back to this location. I found the people rude and unable to make my food. Quite unfortunate.

5 stars for actually being open until 2am like they’re supposed to and handling their orders. Drive thru lady was very polite and the food was good. Just shut down the other Dixie store and the one on 42 since they’re not interested in being open when they say they are and actually making money. 😂

Around 430pm today i was craving some taco bell. I decided to stop in to our local Silverlake Taco Bell on Dixie HWY. The guy informed me in the drive thru what I was wanting to order they didnt have and I asked can you tell me what you do have then and a lady got on the intercom rude and said everything we have is on the menu. I said ill just go somewhere else. They clearly didnt want to be bothered and this isnt the first time ive recieved terrible service from this same location. I went to Gold Star next to Taco Bell which were happy to serve me and thanked me for my business.
