I'm here every other day if not every day. I like my car clean. I have a plan for all of my vehicles. Work and personal. The workers are all very pleasant. This is my favorite location even though a small one. I visit just about every location in Bakersfield at least once a month while I'm out and about with errands for work. I'm all over town. But downtown is my homebase!

This location has gotten worse over the years. I went today as my car needed a wash and I was nearby. Long line, the check in ppl were apparently having problems with their equipment. I am guessing on that because the employees are fairly rude and monosyllabic. Meaning I got no explanation for the delay. I was directed to the short lane where I sat with no explanation as 5 or 6 cars in the lane I was in previously were checked in. I finally left without a wash. Zero stars for the day. Better you choose another location. This one is the worst.

I been coming to this car wash for a while today I noticed scratches and dents on the driver side sport bottom panel below the driver and passenger doors between the driver front tire and rear driver side tire. Also my gps fin antenna has scratches all over it. I show them they said you had those before. Liars scammers I don’t recommend Misters in general. I recommend hand car wash only it’s the best. They also had my car year wrong so they would not take any responsibility and when they guide you through the wash if you accidentally hit the rail bars you will get your alignment off. I went back to cancel my membership and the general manager was very very rude got on my face.

I like that you get in & out pretty fast. I don't like that they ask if you want to add a tip for them onto your card. They aren't doing anything except using an iPad to swipe my card. Not physically washing or vacuuming my car so asking for a tip is ridiculous. Why is it more and more places are doing the same thing. They get paid for doing said job by their employer and want us to pay as well for them doing.
