If this is the McDonald's on Centennial - I have my ups and downs with them. There's one manager who runs the place like a rockstar manager would and the other managers aren't as mentally present as he is. If this is the Petersburg location- depending on the time of day it's hit or miss. 90% of day shift don't wear uniforms so it appears they have customers behind the counter because they are fully staffed but you have a 10-15minute wait. The night shift usually has a 10-15minute wait because the manager and team members are usually outside smoking at at the drive thru window talking about whose screwing who and when. Nobody cares. The Petersburg location-used to be the best one but since the remodel, it's not the same

Just moved to the area and ate here for the first time. My kids love McDonalds and I typically don’t love it, I just eat it because they want it. However I will say that I was impressed. The young people working were very polite, the order was correct and the food was actually very enjoyable (again, I don’t usually enjoy McDonald’s.) The tomatoes were not very fresh so I picked those off but the rest was great. My small kids mentioned how much better the food was in comparison to the McDonald’s we frequented at our old house. Looking forward to visiting again.

i work 5 minutes from this mcdonalds and stop at least once a day that i work. they are always well staffed, polite and fast. i have never had one bad experience here. knock on wood.

First off, it's McDonald's. If your expecting gourmet food, why would you even consider here? Anyways! I find this location one of the better locations around. The food is usually right and fast. The morning/lunch weekday crew is amazing! They are fast and always have the food right. The afternoon and weekend crews can be hit/miss. Overall not too bad, with a friendly smile guaranteed.
