Every Domino's I have used has always been satisfactory. I used the Cincinnati one today and the food was made to perfection. It's nice to know wherever I'm at in the country, there's always a Domino's around.

Late night very busy with truck delivery and customers. Ordered the nine piece boneless wings which were tasty BUT four of the nine were teeny-tiny knots. Disappointed

Very stingy with toppings!! I ordered a well done 3 toppings pizza and I received a very doughy extra soft pizza

Several times I've had problems with this location. I place my order to be ready at a certain time. I track the process in the app and let them know when I am there. There was this timer for 2 minutes, and if your pizza is not given to you within that time, it's supposed to be free or something. What annoys me is that they immediately mark it as delivered to me in the app, so that they don't miss the two minute mark, but then make me wait 10, 20, or THIRTY minutes before bringing me my food. Tonight, the app was not working, kept giving a message saying something like, "can't process your payment, call the store". So I called to place my order and paid over the phone, something I've done many times before, that's fine. When I arrived, I told them that I was outside for my order. They girl said "okay", then we hung up. 20 minutes later, I call back, thinking maybe it was not ready yet or something, and she tells me that I have to come inside because I did not order curbside online. I said "your app was not working, so I called to place the order..." before I could finish, she said "well it does not work like that." That's all she had to say so I hung up the phone. My mom went inside to get the pizza... WHY WOULD YOU MAKE ME WAIT FOR 20 MINUTES INSTEAD OF TELLING ME WHEN I CALLED THAT I HAD TO GO INSIDE? Overall, BAD customer service.
