Let's face it. You don't come here for great tasting food. You come here because, it's something fast, nothing else is open, or you have kids who have to have a "Happy" Meal. Everything seems to get smaller and increase in price.

The drive-thru service we recieved from Britney was fantastic! It was her 1st day and she provided great customer service! We had forgotten to order a strawberry shake and she was kind enough to take our order at the window while her manager was telling her to tell us to go around or come in for that one shake..it was a long wait before we even got to the window..and I really didn't want to go around nor inside..Britney took our order and we were on our way! If it wasn't for her going that extra mile my son wouldn't of enjoyed his little strawberry shake! The manager seemed pretty rude!I am rating the customer service we got form a great team leader!

Very disappointed with my drive-through experience. There was difficulties placing my order and using a mobile deal. On top of that after realizing they deleted more items than stated I let them know and instead of fixing it they just said to go through the drive-through again. They admitted fault but the manager Kaitlyn did nothing to correct it or remedy the situation.

Went to buy my Pokemon Happy Meal and buy 20 Hot Mustards to send to a friend in South Dakota because the McDonald's in SD doesn't carry the Hot Mustard. They would have reached a 5 star but when I arrived home and started packing the Hot Mustard in a box to get ready to ship I realized they were 2 short and being I paid for them apparently someone doesn't know how to count to 20 let alone 21 because I was missing the BBQ one that came with my nuggets.
