Less than desirable. Table cleaning guy had a severe body odor issue. They were out of food that they didnt tell you about at the time of ordering. Argued about it with family members at the table. Then the food they claimed to be out of showed up on plates of customers arriving and ordering after us. All in all, a BAD experience. I have no intentions of returning.

This was my first time back in about 15 years. The alfredo sauce was still disappointing, which is the only reason for the lower rating. Alfredo sauce is supposed to be made with butter, heavy cream, and parmesan and should be luscious. Fazoli's version is oddly artificial in both taste and appearance. Neither of us ate even half our dinners. I've never tried their other dishes, which must be good, considering how much they sell. I just don't recommend any dish with their alfredo. The staff was friendly and helpful. The store was clean. Prices are reasonable. Free refills on drinks. Parking seemed ample. We didn't visit the restrooms. The drive-through line gets VERY long at supper time, so much so that they've blocked off one of the exits from the parking lot to prevent cars backing up on the street.

Don’t know if it is the day, but holy hell not only did this place get my order wrong but they asked me nearly 5 times what it was so I assumed there would be an issue. I received two completely different dishes than what I ordered. Update: On second attempt, and going inside, a worker at the counter helped me fix my order and it was correct the second time. However, i did spend ~40 min in total dealing with this issue. But I did appreciate the care that the employees took to address the issue.

Joe was amazing! The food was delicious and quick. Joe went above and beyond to make my 3 year old feel special. He interacted with him throughout our visit and provided him with a treasure to go with his treasure map. We need more Joes!
