Well cared for apartments. Nice landscaping. Staff are awesome and attend to maintenance needs quickly. Lived here 8 years.

Miserable apartments and slumlords. Nothing but a hassle. Appliances are old. The best part of this place was getting out. I was promised a dishwasher upon move in and paid extra. Nothing happened and the leasing manager lied several times, every month another lie & excuse. Very slow maintenance. AC broke and no one came out for weeks after several attempts. Bed bugs from a neighbor affected several units and the landlord made me responsible for paying. BE WARNED. THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY. Last but not least, fire hazard, families with children be warmed. Outlets are loose in the complex.

Horrible appartment complex. Poor customer service and they don't take care of anything in a timely manner. Also, once you move out have your check book ready. They have tons of hidden fees and fines. After one employee gave my my final move out balance, I got a bill in the mail stating I owed more money for similar fees.

As a 3 year resident, I cannot wait until my lease expires. I cant wait to leave. The driveway and parking lot is deteriorating. Many of the parking spaces are down to the dirt. I have had to call maintenance 3 times on my apartment. All 3 times, repairs were done with used parts which did not last and they had to be done twice. Some speed bumps were removed, allowing people to drive fast, which they do on a regular basis. In some areas, the sidewalks are too low and when it rains, you walk through mud to get to your apartment. The overall appearance has greatly declined in the past 3 years and is embarrassing. I do not recommend Cedargate Apartments
