Excellent service! I recently purchased a house with an attached garage. The door is quite dated (90s) and noisy but functional. The technician replaced the worn rollers, lubricated the track, adjusted the height of the door (allowing a vehicle inside), and offered additional options if I wanted to upgrade the opener (but no pressure to do so). The door is much quieter. I also have a front storm door by Anderson that isn't closing completely. Another technician addressed the issues (hinges). Those will need to be ordered and installed at a later date that will correct the alignment problem that is preventing the door from closing entirely. Lastly, I have a rear door that wasn't installed properly. Spray foam was applied all around it but wasn't concealed by trim! Did you know that spray foam installed in such a way voids a door's warranty? I did not. But no worries--it will be corrected. It too was expertly assessed and will be improved with the necessary parts, trim, and seals. Both techs were very professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. Do not use this company! I had a screen door installed this morning on my back patio. The installer was very pleasant, but proceeded to tell me, after he had begun installation, that he had mud on his shoes and there was mud on my carpet now. After leaving, I inspected further and it wasn’t just a couple spots. It was throughout the walk-path to the back door. I called the office to speak with someone to let them know and there was no solution or attempt to rectify the situation. If it was one spot, I could easily spot-clean it and be done, but there’s no way I’d be able to remove all of them without a carpet cleaner. All in all a very nice door, but an extremely unprofessional installation and customer service process.
