Positive: The door for room was located in the courtyard and many people were enjoying the pool. Nice atmosphere! The room was nice bed was comfortable and the shower nice. I appreciate the microwave refrigerator and coffee maker in-room. Breakfast was decent.

Positive: This hotel is fantastic! I intended to spend one night but the staff, service, room and pool convinced me to stay three nights instead. I'll be back for sure. Negative: I really love it.

May 6,2022. Stay one night without pet. But after check out next day. They changed $25 pet fee without any evidence. Called hotel and they said House keeper see dog hair and refused to refund. Never come to this hotel again. This can happen to any other guests.

Very dissatisfied with our stay. When we stayed the first room we were placed in had goo on many of the surfaces and was quite dirty. We were able to switch rooms and the front desk women in the evening was very helpful to assist us. We then were placed in a room that was cleaner although honestly still pretty dirty but acceptable. Went to shower and there was no hot water. Had to call and the front desk told us there was sometimes an issue but our room should be hooked up. She told us to just run it for 10 minutes and hope it gets hot. (THAT'S INSANE - we're in the desert in California in a drought . . .) The women on the phone did offer to give us some money back for the inconvenience or the option to switch to yet another room. Luckily after we called the hot water started working immediately which seemed a little fishy. The next morning the same issue occurred and when we asked about some kind of compensation for this issue as was offered by the women at the front desk we got lots of attitude from the new morning girl. We were told it's our problem. We didn't switch to a second room last night. Again strangely after we called the hot water turned right back on. The rest of the hotel was okay not great. Crappy neighbor hood wish there was a fenced parking lot like many others in the area as car alarms were going off at night. The coffee pot in the communal area was comically small.
