Often not open as often with early shutdowns or changing of operation hours with no warning. Also closing drive thru a lot now. Lines long and slow drive thru. Products are good and as advertised. Fresh coffee.

I ordered a snacking bacon and a HOT macchiato , neither were hot. Customer service was awesome! Drive thru was fast but now I know why 🙄🙄

I’m happy with my order I didn’t ask the lady’s name but she had pretty curly ginger hair she was super sweet answered the window with a smile! She made my drinks look so pretty was fast as well!

Dunkin' is usually a 4 star place in my book but not this particular location. In the last 6 months I have been here 3 times and 3 times they have failed. First time was 30 minute wait for 2 drinks and 2 sandwiches. Not the only ones in line. Which once you order in drive-thru you are stuck there. Second time was early in the morning ~5:30. Realized they were not open inside and drive through only. Bad part is the drive through wasn't open either during posted hours. Last time we waited in line before Noon to be told they selling drinks and whatever donuts were on hand. The employees at the window talking were complaining how there were call offs and that no manager was on site and would come in. Yup will not be going to this location anymore unless they get management.
