One of the better McDonald's. I never had an issue with how food was served, its quality and/or care of preparation. The employees I've encountered were usually above average. I wrote a recommendation for one employee who stood out due to her excellent attitude and customer service.

Portions ridiculously small and too much money! $17 for 3 small sausage burritos and 3 small hash browns. $2 for large coffee now UNLESS you have their app on your phone!

Everytime I try & order thru the app I get issues. It's probably not specific to this Garrettsville McDonald's but I have the most trouble it seems only at this one. This day was the same issues ordering - wouldn't sign me in right then kicked me out to go website only to say go to app 🤦‍♀️then ordered for pickup & they had doors locked , - and so far this seems to be the only McDonald's that closes the inside & locks the door for no said reason at least. They also make u order from the kiosk which means you can't use cash & they don't physically take ur order if that's all u have, so kinda inconvenient if you ask me but what do I know

Very polite at the drive through and fast service even though they were busy. Keep up the great work 👍
