I usually get pretty good service here. Just last week, had a pleasant experience. People were in a good mood, and it took all of five minutes from ordering at the speaker to getting my breakfast.

Why is this place always closed? No matter when you go, even within the hours the website and the door say they’re open, they’re closed and rude. I understand everyone is struggling to find staff, but at least put up a sign. Don’t just shout “we’re closed” over the speaker when 6 separate cars pull up the window. This has happened multiple times. Over it. Never coming back.

I’ve been a student at Kent state for close to 4 years now, I’ve never been to such a bad McDonald’s. I have to wake up early for work and they aren’t open, and almost always they are closed before 9 pm even though they say they are 24 hours. The people working are most the time rude and take forever. Whoever the regional manager is must be losing a lot of money based off of hours alone. You don’t believe me go anytime this week past 9 pm and they will say closed sorry for the inconvenience. This is a fast food chain and shouldn’t be this bad. You go over the bidge to Talmadge and it’s a completely different restaurant. Failure by staff and by managing.

This is the WORST location ever. Just called in because they were closed 2 hours before their hours show. Let my call go to voicemail and then answered when I started leaving a message only to say “we are closed due to short staff”…. Yet THEY’VE BEEN DOING THIS FOR OVER A YEAR. They are so unreliable and their food quality stinks. I wouldn’t go to this McDonald’s if it was the last place to eat on earth. If you can take my call, you can make a burger. Pitiful. 0/5 stars. Ronald would be ashamed.
