Would just like to thank the tremendous staff for helping us out of a jam with some missing sofa legs/feet. We have bought furniture from Value City Furniture before at the North Olmsted store not the Cuyahoga Falls Store. I apologize for not getting their names to thank them, bit one of the floor representatives and a young man at the counter in back were very knowledgeable and helpful. Had us on our way with what we needed in no time. And I had made clear when we came in that I was not here to make a big furniture purchase. This staff has the right attitude about helping customers. Appreciate you all. Would recommend them to anyone in the area for furniture with good service

I just had the most amazing experience here at Value City Furniture. I just signed my lease on my brand new duplex and I had to fill it. We were greeted right away and given undivided attention until we found everything we wanted. Todd was amazing and we will defiently be going back to buy more pieces from him. Thank you very much!
