AWFUL.First, the bird pair statue I received was defective.Clearly part of the smaller birds’s tail was jagged, misshapen and chipped.I shared pictures with the seller, & asked for a replacement.The seller had the gall to state that the tail just was “smaller” than the bigger bird’s, but not defective.He added that I could return for a refund but that I must pay shipping.I replied that I didn’t agree with me paying shipping, because the item was clearly defective & not as pictured. He ignored that message for several days.A few days after the ignored Etsy message, I opened a case via PayPal, which resulted in sending him another message with photos of the defective item.He also ignored that message.So I escalated the case to PayPal, who made their decision to refund me within TEN MINUTES. This seller has NO SCRUPLES.Beware.
