For as busy this store usually is, there was hardly anyone there. My friend who is homeless uses their bathroom when he's gotta really go, mentioned that they were now his #1 before 2am. I was surprised how clean the islets were and the service was awesome. The Grapes (green) were extremely great. Thank you

Online ordered and got a roasted chicken. The pack was fully open. Asked if it was supposed to be and worker said no, took it and started resealing it commenting on how greasy the bag was. Then came out with what I'm guessing was a manager type person and said the bags are slightly open for the steam to escape. All the while they are still resealing it, sliding there fingers across the ziplock. I still requested a new one because I've never received them open before. Came back out and said "new chicken new bag". Upon further inspection the grease marks of sliding fingers are all over the ziplock. And there are four holes in the bag for steam to escape, from its manufacturers. sooooo. Did I truly get a new chicken new bag? And do they get left open when fresh? Pic of bag with dry grease streak that goes all along the bag but is thickest where pictured. I mean I'm hungry and gonna eat it but still a bit uneasy. Usually have a problem with getting receipts too but thats been getting better as well as their produce selecting.

03may2022 ~12:00 .. on a road trip .. stopped by Safeway Ephrata for some grocery. The Store was neat, organized and clean. Reasonably stocked with many good "buys". Also, the Staff were cheery, courteous and v helpful .. i can only hope their Bosses recognize, appreciates, value and reward them well 😔
