Great service.Tech Support was always pleasant and patient. Office assistance was terrific. Our internet was always fast and dependable. Very happy all around for the four years we had service. Discontinued only due to moving out of state.

I have received outstanding customer service from the start! Billie handled all of my questions and concerns professionally and she was very courteous throughout. Paul arrived and handled the install with the same level of professionalism and courtesy. The internet service has been great! Much faster than Spectrum, without any of the service outages we experienced. So far I am very happy with my decision to switch!

My Mother & I have had service with iFiber for years. It's fast, consistent and the customer service is top notch. We are currently moving to a new address and Billy with customer service has been great, truly. She is helping us step by step. Couldn't ask for more.

iFiber Communications does not offer the Smithsonian Channel.
Wireless ethernet routers work best- brand and type depends on your house size and preferences
As far as I know and what iFiber shared with us, you need on that can handle the desired speed you want "and" have one that has the "Internet Etherport In" location on the back. We went with a wifi router that has the "Internet Etherport In" location on the back coupled with additional ethernet ports "out" if you want hardwired but, will probably utilize the wifi option the majority of the time! Hope that helps!
No.
I have no idea, sorry

Through your router configuration. Usually under wireless option. If a netgear it will say paraphrase. Change that for both 2.4 GHz and 5GHz
