The service representative was especially helpful, knowledgeable and personable. He also informed me that in the future I could purchase the product I needed from within the store. I was unaware they had a very satisfactory selection of devices from which to choose.

Erik was beyond rude! He and I were the only people in the store and he called out “Todd? Todd? Oh, I guess you aren’t Todd.” I said, “No, I’m Lynn.” He asked me if I had signed in and what name I had used. I told him “Lynn.” Then I approached the counter. He began shrieking, “No, no stay back! I’ll need a minute here.” He did something on his computer and then called out, “Lynn? Lynn? You are Lynn? Come on over.” I moved to the counter and began to explain the problems I had experienced with Spectrum. He interrupted me shortly and motioned with his hands telling me to “Get back, I need you to step back always.” I told him he was being ridiculous as we both had on masks and he had a plexiglass partition. He then grabbed the wires from the box I had planned on exchanging for a DVR and put them into a cabinet. He told me I had to leave the store and he refused to wait on me, threatening to call the police if I didn’t leave. I asked him to return the wires but he refused. I went outside and called Spectrum customer service. During the call, he kept smiling and waving at me and, at one point, stuck his tongue out at me! His partner, Giovanni, also refused to help me or give me his full name. All this was documented by Spectrum customer service who witnessed some of the conversations. I am APPALLED by this person’s rude and quite bizarre behavior. He needs to be fired! ***After being assured by Spectrum that his behavior would not be acceptable, he is still there working!!

Returned DVR to store, in May. Cancelled DVR service. Store employee give me another DVR? Did not gave me what I wanted, No DVR.....

There's not real good cell service period on the coast. Verizon and AT&T are the best here. Spectrum uses verizon towers but are regulated to lower priority on there towers. It's the Price we pay for the $14 bucks a month spectrum cell service. I myself find it to be ok service for the price
No, I have internet/wi-fi, through Charter Spectrum.
Use the input button on your cable remote. This should bring up a screen that shows different options. Select the HDMI 1. This will bring you to cable.
