I had already been on the road for 8 hours with 4 hours to go; Harvest Fresh was closing but Josh was super kind and happily helped me pick out an amazing chili peanut butter chocolate (totally worth the price), on the way out he let me use the bathroom offered me some refreshing cucumber water. It’s small gestures and attitudes like this that give tired people a second wind. CSR is hard and anyone who can continue to give patience and hospitality at the end of the day is a gem. The selection here is obviously great with a lot of local offerings from the deli to the confections to shelf goods (you can find anything here as long as it isn’t too processed! which I love) but the service really stood out to me. Thank you Josh!
