I order my coffee the same at every single Dunkin and at every Dunkin my coffee is great and tastes the same except for this one. I don't understand!!!!

I liked how clean it was and how well they treated not only me but the elderly. There was an elderly woman and her friends in there and they were really needing a lot of help, a lot of the girls working up front were so sweet to them they really went the extra way to help them without belittling then or making them feel like they were being brought to anyone's attention in any kind of way. They were AWESOME! They were great to us too.

I always order my coffee the same and this location always seems to mess it up. Today I got 2 orders of hashbrowns was pulled forward for "fresh ones" the second order on the bottom of the bag was hard and old. I'd you pull someone you give them everything fresh it's not that hard.
