We LOVE the NAC!!! It's the Best place to paddle out on a kayak or paddleboard in the Back Bay!! Such a nice beach and facility with friendly, helpful staff!! Great place to spend the afternoon with family and friends!!!

Great place to get out on the water in Newport without a lot of motorized traffic. I love kayaking but prefer a more mellow experience and this certainly worked. Good pricing for the area and the staff here are very good. Parking can be a little tough on weekends and during peak beach hours but nothing unbearable. Definitely check it out if you are looking to kayak, paddleboard, etc.

I just called the aquatic center and they said a kid has to be at least 7yrs old... So these answers are really misleading.
