Well groomed track with friendly helpful staff

Great place for parts, kits, and to race. Everyone from the owner to the employees are super helpful. Racing and practice on the track is good also. Other drivers are super friendly and we ultimately there for fun first. They change the track about every 6 weeks.

It's a friggn' race track for you RC car!!! Need I really say more? Honestly one of the funnest times I've had in a long long time. The employees were super easy going and took time to chat about my trip down to SD. I'm from the Bay Area (northern California) and was visiting SoCal for my sister's grad at Petco. I just happened to find these guys on Instagram on the way over here so I decided to make a pit-stop. 20$ for 2+hrs of free-range practicing. Jumps, mud, and competition... Fun fun fun. Making a stop whenever I can from now on.

At sdrc they are nice enough to yes
No sir
The hours are most certainly on our website sdrcraceway.com. There is a tab at the top of the home page that says “Hours and Pricing.” They are also on our google landing page sdrcracewayca.com at the bottom.
It's med/large for an indoor clay 1/10th scale track, it is well maintained.
20 bucks to Practice, free to come in and check it out
Yes they are.
Yes person 15 or 20 for the day. Weekdays they open at 2pm. They clean the track at 5pm. Around 30 minutes. Charge up and clean your RC. Get some food and then they close at 8pm. Try not to bring 3s batteries. Use 2s here.
We race on Wednesday at 7pm and Saturday at 4pm. Other days are open practice.
I believe available practice times are Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 2pm-10pm and Sundays from 11am-8pm. You can visit their website for more info!
when I was in town they used livetime you can see your times here -- https://sdrc.liverc.com/events/
They run stadium trucks if there's enough that show up.
Edit... They do have rentals available now. The only days that they don't rent then out are Wed and Sat because those are the days that they have. Currently they don't have rentals.. However that may change best thing to do would be to call the track and ask. They are always helpful. There is a fully stocked shop as well there has everything you need on order to start racing and if they don't have it they can order it for you..
I don't think there is one, but kids should have adult supervision. There is a fee for practice. They are very active on Facebook you can look up SDRC Raceway and ask them on there.
3000 gram max and 2s lipo only If you can get your 1/8th to meet those requirements, you're good to go
Always man! Gotta get em in the sport early :) Just keep in mind, even though we always respect the kids, there may be a couple choice words said while wrenching on our cars, if you know what I mean :)
