Excellent quality, service and price. Very good communication! I purchased flowers for my friend’s birthday. I live out of state. I requested that certain flowers be added to the arrangement. However, the specific flowers were unavailable so the florist called me to ask if I would like a substitution or a later delivery. I asked that they choose a substitution. The flowers were delivered on time. The arrangement was perfect and much larger than I expected! My friend said that they were beautiful and smelled wonderful! I also received a delivery confirmation e-mail. I will definitely recommend and use Sun-City Summerlin Florist again!

A similar review states exactly the same behavior. My Mother just passed away and we were trying to arrange for some flowers to be made. When I called in - was put on hold twice right in the middle of explaining my request. I needed to hang up and just sent a text instead. Sent over the pictures and the owner said she could do it. Minor substitution - Lillies instead of sunflowers in a small portion of the arrangements. My Motherś funeral on a Friday and I would be flying in on a Thursday morning and would hope to see the flowers before being delivered to the church the next day. She stated that Valentines is happening thought she would get to our arrangement Thursday evening and I wouldn´t be able to see the arrangement before they would be delivered. The owner wants payment in full ahead of time and the Customer does not get the opportunity to evaluate the results. Owner left a sarcastic text saying it would be in their best interest to deny my order because of my request and that basically Valentines orders are the priority. WOW!! People don´t schedule dying - it just happens anytime of the year. I would think that Weddings and Funerals would be their bread and butter. Lousy Customer Service and Lousy Attitude towards the Paying Client!!

On numerous occasion, for both my home and business events, I’ve used this wonderful floral shop. I have to admit, I can be quite a stickler when it comes to organizing specific floral arrangements but every single time that I’ve called to use their services the staff have been so patient, informative and nothing short of absolutely stellar! HIGHLY recommend using this shop for any floral needs!
