We love shopping at Living Spaces. The staff are friendly and check in while shopping but it never feels pushy. The person that helped us check-out was friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all of our questions and helped arrange a seamless delivery when we ordered more than one item.

Had an awesome experience working with Linda Manzano. She helped me change my order an infinite number of times to make sure I had the best deal and got just what I needed. Things arrived on time and the condition of the products + the delivery were excellent. Very happy with the company and Linda's support! 2 month review of my products: my sofa was amazing, my dining table chairs is a bit painful to sit on because of the inferior foam quality. I paid $395 or $495 for a full dining set + 4 chairs, you get what you pay for.

I shopped at Living Spaces today 1-30-2022. Super service is how I would describe my experience with the team. Several people greeted me throughout the store and asked if I needed assistance. The two salespeople I eventually worked with were knowledgeable, helpful and kind. I’m hoping that I will be as happy with the quality of the furniture I purchased, as I am with the customer service I received. I highly recommend Living Spaces for their exceptional customer service.

Our delivery service does not include removal of old furniture. The timing of our delivery schedules does not allow us to do this. The only exception is the removal of old mattresses. We will remove old mattresses if you notify us at the time of purchase in-store or at checkout online.
Yes good idea to go into the store they have so many great recliners and can order the color if it is not in stock. Depending on stock you may need to ask a sales reps how long for stock. Delivery is free with your purchase.

Yes, when our delivery personnel arrive they will deliver items into your home and assemble everything for you. However, they do not touch existing furniture and are unable to assist in the moving around of furniture already in an individual’s home.
1. Please contact our Guest Services team to initiate a return at 877-266-7300. 2. You will be given an RMA number which is necessary to process a return. 3. You can return the item to a Living Spaces location or you can ship the item back to Living Spaces at your expense. 4. Please include the RMA # for proper processing when shipping a return to Living Spaces.
Assembly is free if you choose our delivery option. Please note when choosing our pickup option, you will need to assemble your items at home, if assembly is required.
Delivery does not include removal of old furniture. The only exception is removal of old mattresses. We will remove your old mattress or foundation with the purchase of a new mattress or foundation if you notify us at the time of purchase in-store or at checkout online.

Store pick up hours are between 12pm-9pm, Monday - Sunday.
If an item is in stock and you wish to purchase today at a store location or online you will need to do a pick up on the following day. We do not sell our display pieces from our showrooms. It takes at least one (1) day for us to process and transfer items to each store. You can, however, select same day pick up at our distribution centers located in Rialto, Phoenix, and Fremont if the items are in stock.

Service animals are allowed. We do not allow large pets on leashes. However, small animals are welcome and must be carried by the owner at all times and not allowed on the furniture displays.
