I saw people in this church God loves, but the focus at this church is not on God or Jesus - this church lacks reverence and humility before our God who deserves everything we have - WE deserve NOTHING yet this church wants to ask God for everything - houses, miracles, money etc…. Loud music, making light of baptism through showing clips of movie Nacho Libre, and a sermon that focuses more on human desire than the word and worship of God. It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of heaven. Please seek God first not Awaken church.

This church is a haven for nationalism and right wing supremacy that is active in providing disinformation to the community regarding public health and politics.

The most over the top, overwhelmingly genuine Christ centered gospel preaching, chain breaker, Holy Spirit praising place I've experienced . God is doing Great things here in San Diego. The Holy Spirit is making way for the undeniable most amazing demonstration God's plan has in store. Awaken Church is different, doesn't seem like the " churized" western christians have become. They are genuinely fallowing Jesus Christ. I'm BACK!! AWAKEN CHURCH IS RESPONSBLE!! HE IS RISEN HOSSANA IN THE HIGHEST
