The line was so big when an old white man came in and started talking to the cashier, and everyone in the line started complaining and Vivian the cashier stated he only had a question, I asked her a question too and she send me to the line, I think because I was Hispanic she didn’t even answer my question, she proceeded to do something in the cash register with him. Every one started screaming no cuts! The cashier made a gesture with her hand like whatever. Then Kelly “the manager” came to open a resgister, we let her know about the cashier and she didn’t even care. Bed and Bath must treat their employees really bad for them to have such a bad customer service ???????

Came to this store for kitchen curtains, but they only carry one kind and not nearly as wide as I needed. Needless to say, I was sorely disappointed. And began my journey to find a set...

Got to be one of the saddest retail experiences I have had in memory. store understocked.. many shelves empty..no staff..2 overwhelmed, overworked people at the cash register and a cavernous store wo almost nobody.. the place is just waiting to die.. used to have lots of special, specific things for coffee..now 80% of the section is Kuric cups and almost nothing else.. been reading that bankruptcy or complete store shut down is imminent..I can see it.. won't go back.. years ago got curtains, bedding, gifts, towels and other kitchen stuff there.. place is just substandard

Special shout out to Tatiana. Without skipping a beat, she helped me exchange an item I received incorrectly, found coverage for the registers, and coordinated the curbside pickups. I know people were upset with the wait times, but I could see how hard the entire team was working. Kudos to all the Chula Vista staff. Thank you Tatiana for all your help today. Side note, I normally don't go to this location due to their limited selection compared to Mission Valley, but I'm really glad that I did today. Had a great experience.
