I was having trouble getting my board to start so I scheduled a call with support. Within a day I received a call from Or. Not only was he very professional and knowledgeable about the workings of the board, he was very patient while I learned how to troubleshoot the problem. That same day I was able to start my Jetsurf and I’ve been at the lake every weekend since, having an absolute blast! Thanks Or!!

I would provide 10 stars because the level of customer service and technician support (BIG/HUGE THANKS TO OR) is superb and outstanding. The product is phenomenal (lots of FUN), wish I could be more knowledgeable so not to bother JetSurf so much, getting there :) They went the extra mile to have it repaired. It is APPRECIATED.

These people are great, they really stand behind the products they are selling. Very helpful when you need trouble shooting. They also have very fast turn around for repairs. If you are thinking about buying a board from theses guys, think no more. They are top notch from start to finish.
