I missed my flight in Miami and decided to go check out Loupe. Had the sincere pleasure of meeting Adam. He made me feel very welcome. His customer hospitality was among the finest I’ve ever witnessed in any field. He simultaneously juggled phone calls, buying cards from a customer and dealing with my dumb questions while somehow not making any of us feel neglected or insignificant. He was truly incredible, especially considering the handicap of growing up in Detroit and a Michigan State education. I look forward to missing many more flights so I can go back to Loupe and hang out with Adam again. Oh yeah, it was new release day for Topps baseball, and Adam let me open an entire Hobby box. I stopped in today for the first time. An amazing space with graded cards on display as well as a good amount of unopened boxes and packs to purchase. Staff was super friendly, welcoming and really cool. I recommend everyone who's into cards in the Miami area to swing by and give them a look. Amazing store.
