I ordered the"Blush Life Bouquet (Standard)" recently and was extremely dissatisfied of the product. The flower arrangement was especially messy (the flowers were put very tightly/close each other) and did not resemble the picture shown in the website at all. The flowers looked old and not fresh at all. There were budded flowers in the arrangement and some of the flowers/colors did not even match the website photos. For $80, I do not think they are worth the price. When I asked the delivery man wether I could return it, he said I had to do it myself even when he was still there, and did not offer any refunds. I was extremely disappointed at the product after the rates and reading so many good reviews. I do not recommend buying the flowers at Dave's Flower box.

For my dad's birthday, I ordered the "Blush Life Bouquet (Standard)" however when the flower was delivered, I was extremely disappointed. The flowers looked old, it did not seem fresh and the flower arrangement seemed extremely messy (Some of the flowers did not even bloom yet) Some of the flowers/colors did not even match the picture from the website. When I asked the deliverer if I could return it, he said that I had to go myself and did not offer any refunds. I was pretty upset at the product and the service after seeing all the good reviews. 1/10 do not recommend,

Charged for some mediocre flowers that look nothing like the picture but still charged regular price. They were “out” of the vase that I specifically ordered but did not notify me at all. Was told that on the website I had to click an option to call in case they were out but there was no button and was told by the lady who I was on the phone with that she has no idea how to use their own website. Just wasted money and you guys lost a customer of more than 10 years for inadequate customer support and service. I’d also like to note I tried emailing twice but got no response until I called, very unprofessional.

Ordered flowers through their website for my mother's 70th. The flowers are beyond what I expected. The arrangement is gorgeous. The flowers are beautiful and fresh. Dave's Flower Box even accommodated a special request. Professionally done and delivered on time. Will use them again any time I need flowers in San Diego.
