I called and placed my order ..... location 4249 n high... Col ohio I have never eaten at Jersey Mike's before...I had thought I was getting an hot Italian Sub....not an ICE COLD Sub.... When placing my order...I had told the person I have never eaten at Jersey Mike's before. The person should of said hot or cold.... I was not happy with an ICE COLD Italian SUB...... So with this being said...if you know your company's menu ask your Customer hot or cold.... And by the way its ICE Cold Out Side Now!!!! My Grandmother always said you want what you want make it your self at HOME!!!! I called about this and the person said nothing...made an excuss..but I didn't even hear him say I'm sorry about that.... he said they serve more cold subs than hot.... .

We've been coming here for years and have never had any issues. Our visit today was a bit irritating. We told the guy which subs we wanted and that we wanted them hot. He cut all of the meat and then told us there would be about a 20-minute wait just to get them hot because the grill was backed up. It would have been nice to know that up front. No, a 20-minute wait isn't going to kill us. And no, it wasn't actually 20 minutes; it was closer to 15. It's just common courtesy to let people know stuff like this up front. I'll start by saying that my wife, son, and myself were all wearing masks. Regardless of vaccination status or whatever else, we don't see a reason to not just wear them when we are out. It does no harm to us and helps avoid issues. 2 of the workers were very aggressive when it came to enforcing the face mask policy when several different people walked in without them. Over the last 2 years, I've hardly ever seen businesses enforce masks, so that was different. I will say the remodeled decore looks way better than it did before.

Wonderful staff today with excellent service, great energy and quick and accurate pick up! Everything was ready to go to exact order even each subs name written with care. New remodel looks nice too. Thank you Jersey Mike's team today at 2!

Jersey Mike's is not just about delicious subs and courteous service, they really care about their customers. I called in a special order for an elderly friend. Explaining that it was an adventure for her to pick it up herself, they listened carefully to my special instructions. They had her order in a bag with handles and helped her get her ice in her cups. Then, one of the staff carried her bag and walked to the car with her. She called me afterward and told me she had so much fun that day and the staff was so helpful that it brought tears to her eyes. Thank you Jersey Mike's for making her lunch with a friend special that day!
