The staff at the downtown San Diego store is very knowledgeable about the products, where they are located & willing to take you directly to the products. I declined the offers because directions led me exactly to where he said that they would be. The store is clean and checkout is easy with friendly cashiers. I found the products that I needed from a large selection. All positive experience.

Parking available, fast checkout and pleasant staff. Only comment on the con side is there was a low inventory of HP printers. I got the last one of the model I was looking for.

Asked clerk at entry for item, didn't know, called for assistance, told me wrong aisle, saw another employee, asked again, they said first person didn't pass on correct information, directed to correct location, selected item, paid, left building. Not the best customer experience for me.
