I came into request mass at their office. The older Asian lady is horrible. She has no customer service, she was rude. This was my second time and she was rude both times. I came in for a service and I'm offering my money its not free. This is why I go to Ascencion Church in Tierra Santa they're classier. I am also Asian and this is why Catholics leaving the church in droves.

I’m very disappointed in the outcome of the funeral service that I have witnessed. First of all; I was told that there was going to be a live streaming of the funeral mass. I checked and sad to say the “live streaming” was a joke! Whoever was in charge of the live streaming needs to get trained. Live streaming means in real time, when it’s currently happening. Not towards the end of the event and was live streaming for about 5 minutes or less. Secondly, as a catholic; I thought priests and staff that works at the church would/should be nice, considerate, helpful and to be kind to everyone. Sad to say this situation was not the case at all. Kim Ngoc Dao was the coordinator at the funeral and Father Michael Pham was the priest. They were both very rude and disrespectful to the families that just lost their loved one. Instead of being there for the families and helping out; they were speaking to them rudely. The families did not need the rudeness from them especially during their difficult time. There’s time where I forgot that I was at church. I was thinking I was somewhere else because how the priest and coordinator were speaking. Kim is the coordinator, I suggest that she needs to do her job properly. She obviously can not do her job. The church needs to get someone that can do the job correctly and treat people nicely and politely. If Father Michael Pham did not want anyone to be in the church maybe Father Michael Pham and Kim should’ve communicated so that they’re on the same page. Instead, as people came in for the service Kim did not say anything to them so the guests were standing around waiting for the mass to begin. Father Michael Pham came out and starts yelling at the guests telling them to go outside which was unnecessary. All he had to do is asked politely for the guests to go outside and wait. People would understand because of COVID. Things have been lifted because we’re in the orange tier, so people doesn’t know what the rules are at the church since everyone has their own rules and policies. There’s a nicer way of speaking to people asking them to do something without yelling and being rude. No one said anything, so the families and guests assumed it was fine to stand and wait around until Father Michael Pham and Kim starts yelling at the families and guests. The whole service was so unorganized due to the poor/lack work of Kim. The families had to deal with the rudeness of Kim Ngoc Dao and Father Michael Pham. Aren’t priests are supposed to set a good example to others? To be kind and treat others how you want to be treated? What happened with Father Michael Pham? Just because you’re a priest and a person that work at the church, doesn’t give you the right to speak or treat anyone how ever you wish. Very Disappointed and unnecessary drama!

Yes, but be careful not to touch the holy water cuz it might burn you or something. Or maybe that was witches, but still, probably shouldn't take the chance. Truthfully you're more than welcome to come to church. Have a good time!
Definitely but you have to check with the schedules at the Parish Office
