UPDATE: Moo Moo did reach out to me and had me bring my car back to them to use $1.00 bug wipes to wipe it down and send me through the wash again, this did not work. Regional Manager continued to not take any responsibility and told me they would not pay for my car to have this dried chemical or wax spray from their car wash professionally buffed, so again the customer is left out of pocket. I would not take me car through this car wash unless you are okay with paying for damages to your car on your own as they continue to not do right by their former customer. Please see pictures below of what happened to my car. This could have been resolved by an exterior detail to removed the dried sprayed on chemical or wax from the over priced $18 car wash that would have been almost no cost to moo moo but I was told to put it on my insurance! This company is willing to lose customers over a few dollars than do right by them, it’s sad since it’s a local company that I pride myself in staying local if possible but not in this case.

cleans and shines. This is a much larger facility, so your in and out pretty quickly. The process is much longer which actually allows my car more cleaning time.

The customer service at Moo Moo Car Wash is great! They were very willing and able to help me get a new RFid tag after i got a new car & make sure everything was transferred over correctly. Thank you Calvin at the Grandview location for you assistance!

Car was still dirty after wash. And Im not talking about the baked on dirt. Like dirt that could be wiped off easily if you brushed up against it. Better than nothing I guess but should be better for a $13 wash.
