They got one star because it won't let me give them zero... ZERO STARS. This is the most unprofessional property management company I have ever worked with. I applied, I was approved for a unit with no locks on the windows on February 4th. Today is March 1st. After 3 weeks of no maintenance order...I finally figured out the problem. Why did it take 3 weeks? Because they don't answer the phone, return phone messages, or emails. After 3 wks, someone answered the phone. Like every other time, instead putting any effort into it, I was told once again...the office lady didn't know and was not walking 5 feet to ask any questions. After getting a hold of maintenance ourselves, we found out there was no maintenance order. Keep in mind, this is a $3 purchase at home Depot and less than 5 minutes to install. It would require literally 6-8 screws. A week later, we have to call again. Now we are dealing with maintenance because the other people we've reached out to are incompetent and unwilling to get out of their office chair. Maintenance says another week or so. I'm DONE!! The only good thing about this company is they showed me who they were before my house flooded or some other unforseen issue...like a fire from the ancient floor board heaters or the "unusable fireplaces" and the stack of wood outside the unit that I would assume is for looks? I've tlk to other people renting from them. Good luck. You may or may not be kept in a livable situation. Word on the street is you may or may not have working appliances 🤷♀️ SO after a month, my application fee is nonrefundable and I'd get more help if I were houseless. I've resended my application and have zero interest in ever being shafted by these people again. My burning question is, why are you renting out apartments that aren't even remotely secure? No locks on your bedroom windows? In downtown Salem.😂 Skum lord's. 😂 Notice all the requirements and deadlines in these photos. I am now cancelling the electricity that had to be in my name to even sign the lease. That's 22 days of the heat on hell in my name. FYI PGE is sending the bill to Crown.

Crown has been amazing with my family. I had issues everywhere in my apartment from previous owners and they are SO quick to jump in and help at no cost to me. Within the next day type quick. I wouldn’t recommend anyplace else. Go with crown!

I highly recommend crown. They have been very good to my bf and I. Crown originally took over our complex from another rental company. We could not have been blessed at a better time, as the previous was not the best. Crowns rent is reasonably priced, management is always on top of their game and maintenance issues are never a concern. We have been with them for just about a year now. Their staff is super friendly and informative. One thing I do wish is that there was an easier process for tenants who are wanting to move to a different location that is still managed by crown instead of going through the process of application fees and approval all over again. We are looking to continue staying with them. Will update when we eventually move out to see what we get for our deposit.

We just recently moved into a home managed by Crown, and we’re very happy with them so far. They’ve been professional and communication has been consistent, which is much appreciated. Also they have an app for tenants to request maintenance, pay rent, etc. thanks for being a great company to work with!
