A driver from your Eugene location sideswiped my wife’s car with his trailer and rather than do the morally correct and professional thing which would be to treat us like a customer and fix it, they are not admitting fault and playing the insurance game. Myself and everyone I come in contact with will no longer support your crooked shameful scandalous company. We just want fixed what you damaged Eugene overhead door!

We called Overhead Door to get a second opinion on our broken garage door (to us, it looked like the springs were broken). The first company we had called was so pushy and tried to get us to buy a whole new door for thousands of dollars. Someone recommended Overhead Door to us, and I am so glad I called! I got a quick quote over the phone for the springs, and then Barney came out and fixed everything quickly and professionally. He even said he remembered working on the same garage door for the previous owners of our home, and that he still loved his job all these years later. Overall, I can't recommend this company enough! Super professional, fair prices, and great at what they do. Next time we need any help with our garage door, we're calling Overhead Door first!

Great work done in Albany. Reasonable rates. Quick service (broken torsion spring) which led to broken garage door opener. The tech (Barney?) quickly diagnosed the issue and had parts on-hand to fix it. The opener has never worked better.
