The sandwich artists are very good, however seemingly inexperienced. The bathrooms were fairly clean. The biggest downfall was that they were out of stock on many of the items offered with the kids meals (applesauce, apples,apple juice, etc.).

It's ok. Staff has difficulty hearing/taking orders. We asked for one sandwich and was given another. When we saw them put the wrong things in the sandwich, we told them what we ordered. They argued back and said that's not what we ordered. Oh well. A sandwich is a sandwich. Next time if we come back, we'll ask the staff to repeat our order back to us for confirmation. So be careful when ordering more than one sandwich at a time.

Jen is literally the best! I go out of my way to go to this location JUST so I can see and talk to her! She is truly awesome. You start your day off right if you start it with Jen! I could be having the worst morning and when I walk into the store and see her, my day instantly gets better. Jen cares about you, she asks how you’re doing and she actually cares about your answer. She listens and she is sincere. She keeps the store really clean, and let me tell you what she makes THE BEST subs I’ve ever tasted! She helped me register my subway card and she is SO patient and kind. She really has excellent customer service skills and subway is honestly LUCKY to have her as an employee. Thank you Jen for being such an awesome, kind and caring human being! If there were more people like you, the world would be a better place.
